Yes — we do our best to accommodate same-day and next-day bookings depending on fleet availability. WhatsApp us directly and we'll check immediately. For specific dates in peak season (July–August), booking 2–3 days ahead is recommended.

We accept bank transfer (Indonesian banks and international wire), cash in IDR or USD, and arrangements via WhatsApp. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance paid before or on the day of departure.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure — full refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure: the deposit may be non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we will always try to find an alternative date at no extra charge.

Charter prices are already per-boat (not per person), so larger groups naturally pay less per head. For corporate events, recurring bookings, or groups of 30+, contact us directly — we offer negotiated rates for these cases.

Yes — always. Every Barunago charter is 100% private. Your group is the only group on the boat, every time. We never combine groups or run shared tours.

Pickup is typically between 6:30 AM and 7:30 AM, depending on your hotel location and chosen route. We'll confirm your exact pickup time via WhatsApp the evening before your charter.

Full-day charters (Nusa Penida, Lembongan, Gili Islands) last approximately 8–10 hours including hotel pickup and drop-off. Nusa Dua cruises and sunset charters are 4–5 hours. Manta Point-only charters are approximately 6 hours.

All charters depart from Serangan Harbour, Denpasar, South Bali. Free hotel pickup and drop-off from anywhere in South Bali (Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Ubud area) is included in every charter.

Every charter includes: ✅ Entire vessel (private, no strangers) · ✅ Licensed captain and crew · ✅ Free hotel pickup and drop-off from South Bali · ✅ Life jackets and safety equipment · ✅ Snorkeling gear on applicable routes.

Not included: Lunch, entrance fees on Nusa Penida, land transport on the island (unless you book the Jet Asia Land Tour package).

Yes — that's one of the main advantages of a private charter. Tell us which spots you want to visit or skip, how long to spend at each, and we'll build the itinerary around your group. Subject to sea conditions and time constraints.

Our fleet covers groups of 10–40 passengers across 7 vessels:

• Queen Ruizi 10 — Speedboat, up to 10 pax
• Bali Dolphin 99 / Freedom Boat — Motor Yachts, up to 12 pax
• Queen Ruizi 18 / Azure Dream — Luxury Yachts, up to 15 pax
• Jet Asia — Luxury Yacht, up to 40 pax
• Pleasure Time — Super Yacht, up to 12 pax

Yachts (Queen Ruizi 18, Azure Dream, Jet Asia, Pleasure Time) have on-board toilets. The speedboat (Queen Ruizi 10) and smaller motor yachts do not — restroom stops are made at harbour facilities on the islands. All boats are equipped with life jackets, first aid kits, and safety equipment.

• 4–10 people: Queen Ruizi 10 (fastest, most affordable)
• 8–12 people: Bali Dolphin 99 or Freedom Boat (comfortable, good value)
• 10–15 people: Queen Ruizi 18 (most popular, great balance of space and price)
• 15–40 people: Jet Asia (birthdays, corporate groups)
• Couples / VIP: Pleasure Time super yacht (most premium experience)

The West Penida circuit — our most popular route — covers: Kelingking Beach (the T-Rex cliff viewpoint), Angel's Billabong (natural infinity pool), Broken Beach, and Crystal Bay snorkeling. A combined Penida + Lembongan day adds Devil's Tear and Dream Beach on Nusa Lembongan.

Not guaranteed — they are wild animals. However, Manta Point has one of the highest manta ray encounter rates in the world. Our captains know the best spots and timing. If mantas are not present at the primary site, we'll try alternative sites in the area.

Light rain rarely affects a charter. The final decision is made by the captain and harbour master on the morning of departure based on actual sea conditions. If the trip is cancelled due to unsafe weather, you'll receive a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice.

Yes. Private charters are family-friendly for all ages. For the Nusa Penida route, the sea crossing can be choppy — we recommend children be at least 5–6 years old for comfort. Nusa Dua cruises and sunset charters have much calmer seas and are suitable for toddlers and all ages. Child-sized life jackets are provided.
